Binance launches bStocks tokenized securities with 24/7 access
Binance has launched bStocks, a tokenized securities product that gives users round-the-clock access to tokenized equity exposure on the exchange. The tokens trade on Binance's spot market rather than during traditional stock-market hours. The product places continuous equity exposure on one of the largest crypto exchanges, extending trading past traditional market hours and creating an instrument that sits between crypto spot markets and regulated securities. Binance's own documentation states that each bStocks token is backed 1:1 by a US share held at a regulated custodian and is traded 24/7 on the exchange's spot market. The offering is positioned with zero conversion fees and dividend-related features such as automatic reinvestment.

Binance Lists JPMB, LLYB, SECZB and USDEB bStocks Trading Pairs
Binance announced it will list four bStocks tokenized-securities trading pairs — JPMB/USDT, LLYB/USDT, SECZB/USDT and USDEB/USDT — on October 7 at 20:00. Spot algo trading bots are enabled at the same time as spot listing, smart holding bots within 24 hours of launch, free conversion into BTC, USDT or other supported tokens during the first hour, and zero maker fees until November 1 at 07:59. The listing adds four tokenized-equity pairs to Binance's spot market with trading bots enabled from launch and a fee-free conversion window, extending the exchange's tokenized-securities product line. Binance notes that bStocks availability and features vary by jurisdiction, and users in some markets cannot access them. bStocks are tokenized securities each backed 1:1 by a US share held at a regulated custodian, tradeable around the clock on Binance's spot market. Spot algo bots go live with the pairs; smart holding bots follow within 24 hours; the zero maker fee applies until November 1 at 07:59.
