Plume launches tokenized Fidelity Total Bond ETF with $28 billion in market value
Plume announced the launch of a Plume vault backed by Fidelity's Total Bond ETF (FBND), an actively managed bond fund with more than $28 billion in off-chain assets under management. The company said this is only the first step in its partnership with Fidelity, and that it will continue to bring other Fidelity assets on-chain. The vault brings a major traditional asset manager's flagship actively managed bond fund into tokenized form, extending on-chain fixed-income offerings beyond short-duration Treasuries. Plume framed the launch as an initial step in a broader partnership rather than a full-scale rollout of Fidelity assets. FBND is Fidelity's largest bond ETF, actively managed with a 20-year track record, and invests mainly in investment-grade, high-yield and emerging market debt. Reports describe the product as nBND, a tokenized vault holding Fidelity Total Bond ETF shares.

ARK Invest brings $1.3 billion venture fund onchain through Securitize
ARK Invest is tokenizing its $1.3 billion ARK Venture Fund (ARKVX), a fund holding positions in OpenAI, Anthropic and Stripe, onchain through Securitize, with issuance first on Ethereum and potential expansion to other chains. US retail investors can subscribe through Securitize, while fund buybacks remain limited to quarterly repurchase offers. The move places exposure to closely held private technology companies into tokenized form, expanding onchain access to assets that were previously reachable mainly through conventional fund channels. Securitize handles onchain issuance and the investor experience. Securitize, a US public company trading as SECZ, provides the regulated tokenization infrastructure for the issuance. Tokenized interests in ARKVX are being issued first on Ethereum, with other chains described as a possible later step.
